Order Processing Time
All LuxeWrist products are made on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to fulfill your order before it ships.
Once it ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your destination and shipping method. Here’s what to expect:
- United States: 3–4 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
Please note these are estimates—delays can happen due to carriers or other unexpected issues.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.
We also run free shipping promotions from time to time—check our website for the latest offers.
Returns & Replacements
Not quite right? Let’s fix it.
Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept physical returns. But if there’s any issue, we’ll make it right:
- If your item is damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll send a replacement or refund—no questions asked.
- If you received the wrong item, we’ll ship the correct one for free.
- If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, we’ll send you a 20% off code for your next order.
To request help, email bryan@luxewrist.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item you received
- A short description of the issue
We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
